Cecil Kinsey is a highly accomplished customer success manager with over a decade of experience in customer-oriented environments. He possesses a great talent for problem-solving and has expertise in various telecommunication subjects and VoIP protocols. Currently studying Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Wake Technical Community College, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Information Technology from North Carolina State University.
Cecil gained experience in customer service by first working as a meat clerk at Lowes Foods and then becoming a dairy manager at Food Lion. He then worked as an information technology intern at Paragon Bank before moving to Bandwidth Inc. as an Order Analyst. He is now a Core Customer Success Manager at Bandwidth Inc., where he builds and maintains relationships through excellent customer service.
