As a former management consultant to Fortune 500 companies, Bill Hughes has extensive experience in the business world. He received his MBA in Organizational Development from Houston Baptist University and a BSEE in Engineering Design from The University of Texas at Arlington. Hughes is the Founder & CEO of BHJ Management Services, LLC, a company that works with national R&D Tax Credit CPA firms to help businesses get the R&D Tax Credit. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles such as President/CEO at Epiphany Insurance Services, LLC, Senior Vice President of Planning & Operations at Bank of America, and Senior Management Consultant at MCI Telecommunications. Furthermore, he has managed and trained teams across national and international companies, including Exxon Company USA, Atlantic Richfield Company, and IT&T Telecommunications.
