Mako Fujimura
Mako Fujimura is an accomplished artist, author, and cultural influencer. As the Creative Director of International Arts Movement and co-founder of Kintsugi Academy and Culture Care Creative Inc, Mako has focused his career on the intersection of art, culture, and faith. His accolades include honorary doctorates from Biola University and Belhaven College and a Doctor of Sacred Theology from Cairn University. He also holds an MFA in Nihonga from Tokyo University of the Arts and a BA in Liberal Arts from Bucknell University, where he formerly served on the board of trustees.
Mako's artwork has been shown at prestigious galleries around the world, including Waterfall Mansion Gallery, Artrue International, and Sara Tecchia. He has been featured in InFaith Magazine and was a Presidential Appointee to the National Council on the Arts. Mako's expertise in cultural philosophy, theology, and creative arts has earned him a Fellowship at The Trinity Forum and founded the IAM (International Arts Movement) in the Redeemer network.
