Gilbert Martina

Gilbert Martina is a seasoned people manager with more than 20 years of experience in project management, financial management, and change management projects. His specialties include international project management, financial management, operations management, and business process reengineering.

He pursued his education diligently, studying High School subjects like Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology at Peter Stuyversant College. Gilbert went on to study Chemical Engineering, earning a Drs. degree from the University of Amsterdam. Furthering his studies, he obtained an MBA with focus areas in Finance, Marketing, and Operations from Webster University. Additionally, he also studied Chemical Laboratory Engineering at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed a Post Master program in Change Management at the University of Groningen.

Over the course of his impressive career, Gilbert Martina has held various key positions in renowned organizations. He served as the Interim CEO at Curacao Medical Center, was the Managing Director at Ibawi IFE BV, and acted as the President of the Supervisory Board at Refineria di Korsou (RdK). Notably, he also held the position of Managing Director at Hospital Nobo Otrabanda NV (HNO) and Senior Managing Director at ENNIA. In addition, Gilbert has experience as a shareholder at Elijah Fish Farm, COO at ENNIA, Managing Director at Amerfoortse Antillen, and as a Project Leader at Delta Lloyd Insurance. Prior to these roles, he served as a Management Consultant at CMG Finance.
