Magnum Machado

Magnum Nardoto Machado is a dedicated psychologist with a passion for psychoanalysis and how people interact with words. He has a wealth of experience in HR management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, culture, and leadership support. He is an ardent supporter of diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace. Magnum graduated with a degree in Psychology from FAE Centro Universitário and has worked as an Learning and Development Analyst at Hash, Employee Experience at LAR.app, Business Partner at Bcredi, and Talent Acquisition at Bcredi. Additionally, Magnum has worked as an Estagiágio at Hospital Pequeno Principe and an Estágio em Psicologia Organizacional at VERDDE COSMÉTICOS LTDA. He was previously a Bolsista de Iniciação Científica - PAIC at Programa de Apoio à Iniciação Científica - FAE Centro Universitário.
