Prath Reddy, a seasoned capital markets and financial technology professional, has an extensive background in debt securities origination, structuring, and execution. With licenses for Series 7, 24, 63, and 79, and a CFA charterholder, Prath is a skilled investor with a wealth of knowledge in the world of finance.

Prath completed his BS in Finance at Northeastern University and has since studied microfinance and globalization at the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo and Grenoble Ecole de Management, respectively. Prath has held managing director roles at Percent and UBS, where he served as head of capital markets. He has also been an investor at various startups including Lendica, Axle Health, and InterPrice Technologies.

In addition to his work in finance, Prath has experience in several other roles. He served as a social impact intern at Esperanza International, a business development manager at Orasys Consulting, and an investment operations analyst co-op at John Hancock Investments.

Prath has an active role in the community and is currently serving as President at Percent. He has also been a director at UBS and an associate at Crédit Agricole CIB, among others.
