Account Manager

Initially hired as a full-time contractor through Insight Global, but was personally selected by peers at Convoy to convert to full-time with them after less than two months. This marked one of the quickest conversions Convoy had ever made with a contractor. As a contractor, daily responsibilities included the scheduling of 50-100 shipments for enterprise accounts such as Owens Corning, Ford, and Shell. Consistently a top performer within a team of 8-10 people. Once converted, responsibilities also included daily communication with carriers running shipments as well as shippers moving product out of their facilities. Was able to work in a fast-paced environment and wear many hats day-to-day. Handled customer order entry and quality assurance, enabled new account setup and support, appointment setting & rescheduling, and acted on the front lines to assist with active orders and as a client-facing liaison. Voluntarily took on internal projects to improve efficiency (both internally and externally) regarding one of the most complex accounts in the company, such as re-structuring SOP's and creating new SOP's. Also worked with internal account managers to relay issues to the customer directly to resolve problems and develop new solutions moving forward within Convoy as well as the customer, resulting in substantial decreases in in-transit issues.

Customer Operations Specialist

Responsible for creating social media marketing materials/campaigns as well as materials to be used in brick and mortar storefronts. Frequently utilized photoshop. Worked alongside a monthly schedule for various promotions that were subject to change quickly, requiring a fast pace and prompt execution. Also piloted the company's first Facebook advertising campaign, which resulted in the largest increase in sales the company had seen in months.

Was personally asked by a family friend to take over a side project of theirs and turn it into a reality. The project centered around the development of an equestrian consumer good and bringing it to market. Was responsible for sourcing materials and suppliers, structuring contracts, coordinating cross-continent shipments, BOM management, and supply chain structuring. Involved a handful of on-site visits to a core supplier to ensure production was running smoothly and to resolve any issues with the product itself. Also developed an initial marketing plan to set up the brand for future endeavors in expansion. Only reason for leaving was a lack of funding, causing the project to come to a halt.

Acted as an assistant to an interior designer. Reorganized entire fabric sample collection. Assisted in reorganizing and decluttering office after downsizing. Was responsible for returning fabrics to Seattle Design Center, running furniture to clients, updating online databases, and various research for client files.

Acted as a direct assistant to a local, professional sports photographer. Assisted in shuttling photos between the field and the media room at Husky Football games, portrait sessions, and the U.S Open at Chambers Bay underneath the European Pressphoto Association. Was responsible for maintaining the gear, uploading photos to the press, and incorporating metadata.

Ran a small photography business throughout high school and into early college. Had extensive experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, and studio lighting techniques. Jobs included senior portraits, sports photography, equine photography, and creative/abstract photography. Was featured in two juried photography exhibitions at the 1650 Gallery in Los, Angeles, California. Received high honors at various other art competitions throughout high school. Hosted a personal art show entitled "A Woman: Removed" in the Spring of 2015 featuring an 8 photo, street photography series. Photos were hand selected and edited prior to designing the show.
