C.A. Shellie Davis

C.A. Shellie Davis, formerly the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at The Coca-Cola Company, has a vast background in corporate strategy, finance, and deal-making. During her tenure at Coca-Cola, she led several successful acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and divestitures, including the creation of Coca-Cola European Partners, a joint venture with Coca-Cola Enterprises and Coca-Cola Iberian Partners. Davis also served in various senior leadership roles at SunTrust Banks and Wachovia Securities, where she provided financial advisory services to many Fortune 500 clients.

Davis received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. She is also an active member of several professional organizations and serves on the board of directors of several nonprofit organizations.
