Charles Francis

Charles Francis is a leader with over 10 years of experience in managing teams and operations. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Jacksonville University, and studied Electronic Engineering Technology, Networking Services Technology, and Computer Engineering Technology at the Cleveland Institute of Electronics and Florida State College at Jacksonville. For the past few years, he has worked as a Technical Support Technician II and Project Lead at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.

He is also experienced in desktop support, with past positions at Jacksonville University, Unisys, and TEKsystems. Additionally, he served in the United States Navy as an Operations Officer and Senior Patrol Leader.

Charles has received recognitions for his work, including three consecutive Xerox Corporation Awards, a Letter of Appreciation from Housing and Urban Development for Outstanding Service, and a Letter of Appreciation from the United Negro College Fund for assisting in an $80,000 fundraiser.
