Jasleen Dhindsa

Jasleen Dhindsa is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in business administration and planning.

She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Ashridge Business School and a BBA in Business and Finance from the University of Toronto.

Jasleen has a solid educational foundation, having also completed her High School Diploma at George S. Henry Academy and her earlier education at New Era Public School in India.

With a wealth of experience in the retail industry, Jasleen currently serves as the Director of Inventory Planning at SEPHORA, where she oversees strategic inventory management.

Prior to her current role, she held various positions within SEPHORA, including Planning Manager for Makeup, Senior Merchandise Planner for Makeup, Merchandise Planner for Fragrance, and Merchandise Planner for Women's Apparel at Sears Canada.

Jasleen's experience also extends to analytical roles, having served as a Planning Analyst at Hudson's Bay Company and as a Replenishment Analyst at Sears Canada.
