Kevin Sibley

Kevin Royal Sibley is a dedicated community leader with over 25 years of experience as a change agent, mentor, and entrepreneur.

Currently, Kevin serves as the Director of Equity Programming and Community Outreach for the Cannabis Control Committee of Massachusetts, where he advocates for antiracism, social justice, and the advancement of underrepresented groups.

Previously, Kevin was appointed as the Executive Director for the Office of Returning Citizens in Boston, the first of its kind in municipal government, focusing on advocating for residents returning from incarceration.

Throughout his career, Kevin has held various roles in notable organizations such as the Home for Little Wanderers, Street Safe Boston, and the John P. Holland Council, all aimed at serving underserved populations in the Greater Boston Area.

As a veteran of the United States Army Ordnance Division and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Kevin brings a diverse set of experiences and skills to his community engagement efforts.

His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Cambridge College and Bachelor's degrees in African Studies and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.

Kevin's expertise lies in project management, program development, grant writing, fundraising, and advocacy for marginalized communities.

His commitment to equity and social justice make him a valuable asset in any organization or initiative focused on advancing diversity and inclusion.
