Kaya Kim is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in design and technology.

She holds a Master's degree in Art and Design with a focus on Service Design from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.

Her Bachelor's degree in Art and Design specialized in Industrial/Product Design from Hongik University showcases her academic excellence with a remarkable 92.46 Percentage Equivalent.

Kaya has also expanded her knowledge through an exchange program at Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd where she studied Service Design and Product Design.

Professionally, she currently serves as the Design Lead of Group IT Labs at Volkswagen AG, a position that highlights her leadership skills and expertise in design.

Her experience at Volkswagen AG includes roles such as Designer/Technical Project Manager at Group IT, Data: Lab, Natural Language Processing Team, and Service Designer/Product Manager at Group IT, Ideation: hub.

Additionally, Kaya has worked as a Freelance Interpreter and has been involved in service design owning a business as well.
