Nick Hoppenjans is a dynamic and success-driven leader with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, Nick has proven himself to be a people and process-focused change driver with a passion for efficiency and quality improvement, risk reduction, and superior customer and agent experiences. His expertise in project management, process transformation, and process automation has enabled him to identify and implement emerging technologies such as RPA, OCR, and Machine Learning that support next-generation operating models. Over the course of his career, Nick has held various leadership positions at organizations such as US Banccorp, Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America, Kimberly Clark Central America, and Alcoa-Howmet. In his current role as Director at US Banccorp, he continues to deliver results by improving operational efficiency, compliance adherence, and reducing risk exposure. Outside of work, Nick formerly co-founded The Den FC Cincinnati Support Group, demonstrating his passion for community involvement.
