As the founder and CEO of Urbanstreet Homes, based in Dallas, Texas, he specializes in modular and sustainable development projects. Throughout his career, he has directly contributed to the realization of over $150 million in revenue generation.

Derrick has an extensive educational profile, including studying Development Economics and International Development at MIT, attaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Purdue University Krannert School of Management, obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Project Leadership and Systems Design from Cornell University, and achieving Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Pyzdek Institute.
