A key part of this role was the management and development of the Melbourne Creative team. Growing to a size of 14+ talented digital creative professionals, the team featured a broad range skill and experience. In conjunction with this, the role also required the Creative Direction of many key accounts and projects. The emphasis was primarily on providing Reactive clients quality user centred design, finely crafted user interfaces, backed up with robust and well thought out user experience design.
