Gazala Suhail is a highly experienced structural engineering professional with a background in heavy civil engineering projects, including Metro and Rail transit, and Power sector. She holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.

With over several years of experience in the field, Gazala has honed her skills in structural design, construction management, and project execution. As a Senior Structural Engineer at WSP, she has demonstrated a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and providing innovative solutions for her clients.

Prior to joining WSP, she worked as a Senior Structural Engineer (Bridges, Rail & Metro) at SMEC, and as a Structural Engineer (Metro and Tunnels) at COWI. She has also served as Deputy Manager – Structural Design (Metro, and Hydropower) at SNC Lavalin Group, where she was responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions to her clients.

In addition, Gazala is a member of several professional organizations, including the Institution of Engineers (India) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). She is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest industry practices and technologies, and she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of structural engineers.
