Lee-Jon Ball

Lee-Jon Ball is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background that spans across technology, innovation, organizational design, and academia. He earned a PhD in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and an MChem in Chemistry from the prestigious University of Manchester. Lee-Jon has worked with big enterprises, advising companies like Expedia, AIG, Notonthehighstreet, and M&S, where he was the Interim Chief Technology Officer. He has also founded and managed several companies, such as SPYSCAPE, Alliants, and Secret Empire, and has been a mentor and designer for startups in healthcare, social, property, and ecommerce.

At Easol, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for delivering the company's next-generation booking platform. Earlier, he worked as a Startup Mentor at the School for Creative Startups, where he shared his vast experience with young entrepreneurs. Additionally, he has experience as an Editor at Grip Magazine and in the roles of Programme Manager - Capital Modelling at AIG, and as Client Director and in multiple Operation & Technology positions at Skandia.
