Jordan Medina is an expert in developing cross-sector partnerships aimed at finding solutions to some of the most pressing social issues of this era. He specializes in using technology, media, and society to create impactful social programs. In his current role, he leads LinkedIn's social impact partnerships in the US & Canada, working with workforce development nonprofits to train their employees and job seekers on the LinkedIn platform. His focus on investing in the social capital of underrepresented talent such as BIPOC, Black women, LGBTQ+, returning citizens, immigrants and first-generation college students and graduates makes him a champion of diversity and inclusion. Before joining LinkedIn, Jordan worked at Uber, where he served as Bay Area Public Affairs, Recruiting Coordinator, and where he gained experience in the transportation sector's social and recruiting aspects. Prior to that, he was a founding team member at Braven, working to enhance student success, and a health policy fellow at The Greenlining Institute. Jordan holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and a High School Diploma in History from Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy.
