Casey Beauchamp, a graduate of Naropa University, brings a unique skill set to her work in fitness and education. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Performance & Traditional Eastern Arts with a concentration in Yoga Teacher Training, Casey went on to study for a Master's Degree in Contemplative Education. Throughout her career, Casey has worked as a mindfulness movement and yoga specialist, a site director for an after-school program, a graduate assistant, a teacher assistant, and an artist in residence. She has taught at a variety of organizations, including Fit 4 Life NYC and Ugot Active Kids. Casey also has experience as a dance festival counselor and has worked with Kids Unlimited as a mindfulness movement and yoga specialist. Her skills as an educator, coupled with her focus on mindfulness and wellness, make her a valuable asset to any team.
