Akram Raffoul is a distinguished executive director with extensive experience in various industries, including direct marketing, relationship marketing, and malls. He is well-educated, having obtained a post-graduate pilot program master's degree from ESSEC Executive Education and a Master of Engineering degree from ISA Lille. Raffoul has also taught executive education courses in marketing and customer intelligence methodologies at the American University in Dubai and Saint Joseph University of Beirut, respectively. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership positions, including executive committee member, treasurer, and chair of the awards committee at the International Advertising Association. He is currently the executive director of Jacobsons Direct Marketing Services LLC, an accomplished and one of the leading marketing service providers in the UAE.
