With a wealth of experience, Salfen has held several positions in construction, engineering, and management before venturing into the realm of sales.

At Salesforce, Salfen has held multiple positions; Director of Sales Enablement - Onboarding Innovation, Director of Sales Enablement - Industries Enablement Lead, and Director of Sales Enablement - Quip Product Lead. As the Director of Enterprise Sales Programs, Salfen is now responsible for developing and implementing sales programs to enhance sales performance and profitability.
