Emma Nelson is a seasoned expert in the food and beverage industry. With a Master's degree in Food Science and minors in Microbiology and Biotechnology from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University, Emma has extensive knowledge and experience in the field. Emma is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed in the industry and co-founded G'day Foods LLC with this goal in mind. Her experience includes co-packer/vendor management, product troubleshooting, contract negotiation, and product commercialization. Emma has previously held positions such as Vice President of Operations at MUD\WTR, Principal at G'day Foods LLC, and Senior Director of Product Development and Operations at WANU Water. Emma's scientific background and cross-functional experience make her a valuable partner to any food and beverage brand seeking to improve and succeed.
