Erica Zendell is a multi-talented professional with years of experience in the digital product, program, and operations management space. Erica is a graduate of Princeton University and MIT Sloan School of Management, with a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
