Brent Parker, a seasoned fire service professional, has been serving in the public sector for over two decades. He has held various positions throughout his career, including Fire Chief and Assistant City Manager at the City of Wylie, Texas. Parker has a passion for serving his community and puts customer service and servant leadership at the forefront of his work. He is known for his motivational speaking on the topic of mental health in public safety, where he shares his personal struggles with hopes to break the stigma of mental health and encourage others to seek help.

Parker holds a Master of Science in Fire and Emergency Management Administration from Oklahoma State University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University. His previous roles include working as an Administrative Chief Officer, Operations Battalion Chief, Fire Captain/Paramedic, and Firefighter/Paramedic, all within the City of Wylie, Texas.

Parker continues to inspire others through his work as a public speaker and as an Assistant City Manager where he continues his mission to serve his community.
