Adam Bellow
Adam Bellow is an accomplished educational technology professional with extensive experience working with educators and students. He holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from LIU Post, a Master's degree in Education and Special Education from Hunter College, and a Bachelor's degree in Film Production and Sociology from Hofstra University.
Throughout his career, Bellow has been involved in several organizations and initiatives geared towards improving the experience of students in the classroom. He is the co-founder of Breakout EDU, a platform that focuses on bringing game-based learning to classrooms around the world. Additionally, he has served as a board member of the Edcamp Foundation and was the founder and CEO of eduClipper and eduTecher.
Bellow has also held several leadership positions in the education industry, including Senior Director of Educational Technology and Student Strategies at the Advanced Placement Program of The College Board, Director of Educational Technology, and Director of Technology at the Hunter College Learning Lab. Moreover, he has worked as a District Technology Trainer at Copiague Union Free School District.
Bellow has provided grants, website design, computer set up, and networking services to augment educational technology implementations. As a Presidential Innovation Fellow at the White House, he has brought an increasingly keen focus to the continuous improvement of education.
His principal goal is to promote deeper learning experiences for students through innovative educational technology innovations. Through evaluation of new technology, Bellow is constantly looking for ways to integrate them into the modern classroom to help students create, share, and learn.
