Guido Stephan brings over 30 years of experience to the industrial digitalization field with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in R&D management and strategy development. Having previously managed R&D departments within global organizations, including Bosch and Siemens, Guido has played a significant role in the launch of over 40 products to market. He is an expert in IoT and WoS and has interacted and consulted with local government and the European Commission. Guido graduated from Dresden Technical University, where he studied Communication Technology and Computer Science. He is currently a Senior Principal Key Expert Engineer Industrial Digitalization at Siemens and has previously held executive roles, including Head of Technology Field and Head of R&D at the same company.
