Responsible for the direction, expansion and day to day operations of one of the largest corporate and special event audio staging operations in the US. Reporting directly to the CFO and COO and supervising a staff of over 40 road and shop staff, my role is to work with our Sales and Project teams to service existing clients and secure new business at the highest levels of delivery standards.This includes managing a large Capex budget, forecasting future equipment, staffing and facilities needs and working with our audio teams on training, processes and excellence.

Executed a 6 month limited consultancy contract to evaluate the product offerings, design, quote and operate high level sound reinforcement solutions for the corporate staging, broadcast television, sports entertainment and traditional concert events.

Providing event services including concepts and technical design, onsite technical direction and event management, CAD & drafting services.Audio design, house mix, A2 and system technician services for live productions including corporate, broadcast, music and large scale special events. Extensive familiarity with all current industry products and standards including RF coordination.

Responsible for the continuing operations of the staging and technical departments at Level 2. This included internal and external staff management, budgeting, on site event management, client services, reconciliation and logistics. Managed a team of technical directors and support staff both internally and contract. Implemented analytics, new systems and processes to streamline the operation and deliver a more cohesive product to our clients. During my time at Level 2 we grew the company five-fold.
