Gia Baiocchi is a woman who has made a name for herself in the world of health and wellness by co-creating The Nectary, where plant and flower-based drinks are served to "solar-powered" people. Her mission is to provide liquid sunlight that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit by using phytonutrient-dense ingredients that are intentionally prepared into alchemical creations, resulting in the deepest satisfaction possible. Gia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainability Management, and she has studied Astronomy to Zoology at Santa Rosa Junior College. She is also a co-owner and spirit-free menu developer at Fern Bar, a former formulation specialist at Drink Lumen, and former owner/manager of The Blossoming Lotus. Moreover, her work in The Nectary has earned her several awards, including the Innovative Workplace Culture Award from North Bay Business Journal, Invest in Your Dreams - Inspire Award from Working Solutions, and Bay Area SBA Small Businesswoman of the Year.
