Chiara Condi is a gender equality activist, keynote speaker, and diversity and inclusion consultant. Her passion lies in creating a more inclusive world for women, by helping companies achieve their diversity goals. Condi has a decade of experience in promoting gender equality and has designed tailor-made programs, workshops, and events in her work. She is an expert in women entrepreneurship, women's rights, diversity, and innovation. Condi has founded Led by HER, an organization that seeks to eliminate discrimination and gender violence and promote diversity in entrepreneurship. Condi has studied at ASM and high school and has earned an A.B in Romance Languages and Literatures and History from Harvard University, and an MSc in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and Sciences Po.
