Jesse Irwin is a highly accomplished medical professional with a wealth of experience in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, physician recruiting, and hyperbaric medicine. He attended Duke University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before pursuing his MD in medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Jesse completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Throughout his career, Jesse has held various leadership roles, including Regional President at ApolloMD, where he served as Regional Medical Director, and as the VP of Recruiting and Staffing at MEP Health, where he established his own organization, US Acute Care Solutions. He was also the founder of Shady Grove Hyperbaric Medicine Consultants and served as a Medical Team Manager at Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue VATF1.

Currently, Jesse serves as a Regional Medical Director at MedStar Health, one of the largest non-profit healthcare organizations in the United States. Prior to joining MedStar Health, he worked as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Hauora Tairāwhiti.
