Matthijs van Dijk is an experienced IT Systems Engineer with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and building collaborative relationships. He specializes in MacOS, MacOS Server, iOS, and MDM. Matthijs is a certified Jamf Pro specialist and has vast experience in using and administering Kerio Connect, Office 365, Okta, Synology, Dropbox, Ubiquiti Unifi, and other tools. He has extensive knowledge in Retrospect, Carbon Copy Cloner, Synology snapshot replication, Topdesk, Microsoft Office apps, and 1Password.

Matthijs has a deep understanding of networking, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, Ubuntu Server, FileMaker Server, OwnCloud, NextCloud, and is interested in learning Azure and networking technologies such as Ubiquiti, Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba/HPE. Besides his role as an IT professional, he has a passion for music and leads worship at his church.

Matthijs holds an MBO Diploma in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam. He worked as a Field Engineer at MASS, a PMO at Leiden University, Servicedesk Engineer (ACTC) at MASS IT, and Servicedesk engineer at Leiden University. He also served as Floor Manager at Amac B.V., and Intern video editor, cameraman at Cue Creative, Palm Plus, Bima Productions, and Den Weelighenberg.
