Samyak Pandya, an accomplished business leader and former co-founder of Arena School, is currently serving as Vice President at Ridecell where he leads the Strategy, Finance, Business Operations, and People teams. With over a decade and a half of experience working across various domains, including technology, automotive, agriculture, F&B/FMCG, and education, Samyak has a deep passion for management, teaching, and storytelling.

Samyak completed his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from P.V.P.P College of Engineering, Mumbai University, and went on to pursue an MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He has served on the board of Ridecell EMEA GmbH and Ridecell India Pvt. Ltd. and held various leadership roles at Mahindra & Mahindra, including Business Head - Saboro Health Food Cafe, Chief of Staff to President & Chief Executive, Agri & Allied Business, and Manager, Strategy and New Business Development.

Samyak is also active in pursuing his interests, including Behavioral Science, Productivity, People, Books, Music, and Humor. Alongside his professional career, he is a musician, writer, and teacher.
