Rebecca Noren MS, RDN is a dedicated professional with a strong background in food, nutrition, and culinary production.

With a Master of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies-Global Health from the University of Michigan, Rebecca has a solid educational foundation in the field.

Currently, she serves as the Culinary Producer and Communications Director at Ming East-West LLC, where she combines her expertise in food and nutrition with social media, PR, and culinary production.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has gained valuable experience through various roles such as Dietetic Intern at Franciscan Children's and Emerson Hospital, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Boston University, and as a Nutrition Center Volunteer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, among others.

Her diverse background includes positions such as Food Safety Consultant at JAB Produce, Event Intern at The American Liver Foundation, Camp Counselor at JCC of Chicago, and Dance Teacher at Danced Dance Studio.
