Venkat Siva is a seasoned IT strategist with a wealth of experience in digital transformation and data analytics. With a strong track record of delivering successful IT transformation programs across a range of industries, Siva has become a recognized thought leader in data-driven enterprise initiatives and next-gen tech function development. Siva's expertise lies in driving data-driven digital transformation, architecting and building scalable data platforms using cloud infrastructure, data strategy, data governance solutions, enterprise tech change programs, and stakeholder engagement at CxO and Plc Board level.

Prior to joining The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Siva held senior tech leadership roles at top FTSE companies, including Lloyds Banking Group and Vodafone. His accomplishments include outsourcing the IT functions of 12 OpCos, IT simplification/transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness, and planning, delivering and governing global IT portfolios for a global bank.

Siva holds a B.Eng. degree from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, and has studied Executive Education at IMD Business School in Switzerland and MBA Full-time with Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Technology & Operations Management at London Business School.
