Bruno Carpes is a seasoned finance and investment professional with two decades of experience working with private equity and venture capital portfolio companies in various sectors, including retail, aviation, healthcare, and tech startups. He has held executive positions overseeing finance, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions in Brazil and Latin America, demonstrating a strong background in business transformation for private equity and venture capital invested companies. With over 50 executed transactions in corporate finance and M&A, Bruno's expertise lies in high growth, turnaround, and expansion via mergers and acquisitions. Bruno has specialized knowledge in IPO preparation, SSC, and SOX implementation, with a master's degree in business administration from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
