Mary Hamilton is a consummate professional with more than 23 years of experience in technology, innovation, and business. She currently serves as the Managing Director and North America and Latin America Lead of Accenture Technology Innovation, where she oversees Accenture Labs, Accenture Ventures, Accenture Technology Incubation Group, and Accenture Liquid Studios. Her role is critical to Accenture's innovation architecture, which helps its clients drive continuous innovation at scale. Mary is passionate about client co-innovation and building relationships with leading companies in various industries to conduct joint R&D, open innovation, and incubate and rapidly emerging technologies. She is an experienced public speaker and frequent conference and industry events speaker, sharing her perspective on emerging digital technologies for the enterprise and consumers.

Before taking on her regional innovation role, Mary led a global research and development team that specialized in applying emerging digital technologies to address significant business challenges of Accenture's clients. Mary and her multidisciplinary team developed differentiated technology concepts based on innovative advances in experience-driven technologies, such as extended reality (AR and VR), generative design, human-machine teaming, robotics, connected cars, customer analytics and adaptive services, and crowdsourcing.

Aside from being a leader in innovation, Mary is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion in technology. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Women Who Code, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing women with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in technology careers.

Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While originally from Toledo, Ohio, Mary spent several years of her career in Chicago, IL, and now resides in Northern California with her family, including her six-year-old and three-year-old twin sons. In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new places, and learning new things.
