Aditya Gupta is a highly skilled and experienced Gender Equality Advocate, Social Entrepreneur, and Management Consultant. He has an unwavering passion for developing the innovation ecosystem surrounding human rights, gender equality, and social justice in the Global South. With 9 years of experience in management consulting in education, and gender, Aditya has been heavily involved in developing social enterprise and strategy in the development sector. During this time, he has initiated several successful social change interventions, which have been recognized globally by UN Habitat, Ashoka Changemakers, and the International Youth Foundation.

Aditya Gupta is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has worked in various organizations in different capacities. He was formerly the Consultant - Alumni Engagement and Strategy at Reap Benefit, the Head of Organisation Design and Strategy at Sukhibhava, and the Founder at People for Parity. Aditya has also served as the Gender Facilitator at People for Parity and a Volunteer Consultant at TechnoServe.
