Cyril Delamare

Cyril Delamare is the Global Chief Growth Officer and Holdings Board Member at Waystone, a global management company and governance leader formed through the merger of MontLake, MDO, and DMS.

Cyril is an experienced investment fund expert with expertise in fund structuring and distribution, particularly in UCITS and AIF. He has nearly two decades of experience in the asset management industry, focusing on bringing exceptional fund managers to the European market.

Before joining Waystone, Cyril was the CEO and Co-Founder of MontLake, where he advised clients on digital and traditional distribution strategies, product development, and industry insights.

Prior to his work at MontLake, Cyril served as a Partner and CEO at TARA Capital, where he led an advisory firm specializing in hedge fund managers. He was an integral part of the Executive Committee and oversaw fund selection for a global institutional sales team.

Cyril, a French national, is multilingual, speaking English and Spanish. He holds a degree in International Business from L’Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion (ISEG) in Lyon, France, along with an Executive Certification in Leadership and Strategy from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

Cyril is known for his speaking engagements at global conferences and private events, where he shares insights on innovation and digital transformation in the funds industry.
