Faraz Hasan, an experienced legal counsel with a successful track record, specializes in complex multi-jurisdictional cases. His legal program management covers areas such as E-Commerce, IT, cloud computing, SaaS, data protection and privacy, luxury fashion retail, private equity, and venture capital.

He has studied LLM in International Economic Law at SOAS University of London, as well as LPC and LLB in Law at BPP Law School and SOAS University of London, respectively. Faraz has worked as legal counsel at Chalhoub Group and previously founded Maelstrom Designs. He has also worked as legal counsel at Al Zarooni Emirates Investments.
