Victor Maznyuk is a senior executive and adept strategist with over 20 years of experience in outsourcing/offshoring business. With strong expertise in CEE/global strategic partnerships, business development, marketing, and sales in IT outsourcing, B2B/B2C collaborations platforms, mobile software platforms, data communications, and networking products, Victor has proven to be an exceptional team leader with strong coaching, mentoring, and managerial skills. He is a former CEO at WEB100 Technologies and a former president at Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative. Victor is also the founder of CEE Outsourcing Association (CEEOA), and currently occupies the position of CEO at QATestLab. Victors expertise in the CEE region includes custom software development, IT outsourcing, IT outsourcing services, offshore development, and BPO. Victor studied at Ukraine's National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' and the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (kmbs).
