Danny Davis is an author, consultant, and expert in M&A integration. With a unique skill set that combines experience as an international sportsman, sales and marketing in large corporations, strategy consultancy, and over a decade of planning and running M&A integration, he has a proven ability to deliver M&A integration and lead transformation in highly complex organizations. He has worked on both small and large deals, from a $16bn deal through to a £20mn, and his contributions have ranged from two-day overview seminars on integration planning through to a three-year $6bn deal consolidating the European parts of two FTSE 100 companies, across 30 countries, 250 business units and 26 functions. Danny has also served as the youngest ever Trustee (Non-Executive Director) on the board of the Chartered Management Institute, chaired their Marketing and Policy Committee, and he currently sits on their Experts Panel. He has written articles for CFO Europe, the British Computer Society, Personnel Today, Developing HR Strategy, and Henley Business School.
