Grace Louis is an experienced senior leader with over 15 years of expertise in building capacity and amplifying impact for organizations. With a broad background that cuts across policy analysis, marketing, fund development, and grant-making, she has transformed the teams and organizations that she’s worked with. She’s skilled at mobilizing movements for positive change, transforming little ideas into significant outcomes, and helping organizations and teams perform optimally. At New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, she currently serves as an Assistant Director of Asset Building Programs, leading city-wide cross-agency initiatives to ensure that every family in New York receives the Child Tax Credit. She also directs the work of over 15 organizations in the largest free tax preparation coalition in the nation, with about 150 sites across New York City, serving approximately 100,000 residents yearly. Grace guided the NYC Free Tax Prep network in developing virtual and online service delivery methods in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting her excellent adaptability and innovative skills.
