Alina Zimmermann

Alina Zimmermann is a successful and driven Head of People Experience at Zenjob, who believes that employees are the core of any successful organization. She holds a Master's in International Business from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a double degree in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education. Additionally, she graduated top of her class at HEC Paris with a Master of Science in Management, and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management with a Bachelor of Science. Alina's experience is highly diversified, having worked at companies like Zeitgold, McKinsey & Company, Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, Project A Ventures, Henkel, and basemedia GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to her current role, she held various positions at Zeitgold, including Head of People & Organizational Development, People & Culture Lead, and People & Culture Manager. Alina's approach to People & Culture is characterised by her strong business acumen, data-driven mindset, and people-first mentality. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and rock climbing, exploring new places and meeting people outside of her Berlin bubble.
