Randal Killip has over 15 years of experience working as a senior manager in media intelligence and marketing for various reputable organizations before becoming the Director of Profile For Media.

During his tenure, he offered communications and marketing guidance to major Australian firms, government entities, and agencies, such as National Australia Bank, Telstra, Optus, Honda, and Xstrata (now Glencore), aiding them in evaluating their media presence across traditional and digital platforms.

Observing the dominance of larger corporations in shaping media narratives, Randal identified the lack of representation for skilled individuals and small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in the media landscape. This realization inspired him to establish Profile For Media, a venture dedicated to assisting individuals and SMEs in enhancing their profiles, branding, and communication strategies to create valuable content for targeted media outlets and their audiences.

Randal is recognized for empowering clients to excel in communication measurement and delivery. He is a sought-after speaker at national conferences, and he has served as a guest judge at KPI 'Pitchfest' and a mentor at Victorian Leaders.
