- Lead fellow in the President’s Office of the University of Utah implementing a $1.5 million grant from Schmidt Futures to run an ideas challenge to raise income for 10,000 middle-class households in Utah•	Create and administer the submission and judging process for over 150 received proposals •	Design website and social media platforms, create state-wide marketing campaigns, and organize community events•	Collaborate with other top research universities as part of the Alliance for the American Dream

- Educate the campus community on issues of sexual violence and sexual violence prevention•	Train 600 incoming freshman during orientation week•	Administer mandatory training for 21 NCAA sports teams, 3 fraternities, and 3 sororities, as well as various other clubs and organizations•	Organize campus wide events and programing for Domestic Violence Awareness month and Sexual Assault Awareness month•	Instructed in trauma informed care to be a confidential resource for students

- Act as a representative of the College to affectively communicate between admissions faculty, administration, and prospective students•	Facilitate tours for up to 50 prospective students and families to educate on the liberal arts experience of Occidental College and the opportunities on campus.•	Collaborate with admissions faculty and athletic administrators to develop student-athlete experience tours to engage recruits for 21 NCAA varsity teams

- Manage a team of students in the communications team to coordinate social media, written materials, and design and oversee production of videos for Occidental’s marketing team and Office of Admissions •	Act as a representative of the College to affectively communicate between admissions faculty, administration, and prospective students

Communications Intern

- Assisted the Impact Investing team by conducting due diligence and developing an online impact-investing curriculum •	Organized and planned alongside the Research and Academics team, in collaboration with Head Start, to bring individuals from across the country to Utah for a weeklong and individually curated Early Childhood Innovation Lab •	Worked with the Social Impact team in Pay for Success projects, wrote press releases, and created content for the 2016 Pay for Success Fellows Institute •	Created digital content with the Media and Communications team such as presentations, website content, and film
