Brian Finch is a Washington, D.C.-based Pillsbury Public Policy partner with a specialization in cybersecurity and global security. With years of experience in regulatory and government affairs advocacy, he offers strategic legal counsel to clients from almost every industry, focusing on minimizing post-event negative consequences, risk mitigation tactics, and litigation strategies. Additionally, Brian is a recognized authority on global security and cybersecurity threats, and has worked with over 100 clients to take advantage of SAFETY Act liability protections following terrorist or cyberattacks. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School, and a Master's Degree from The George Washington University.
