With years of experience in regulatory and government affairs advocacy, he offers strategic legal counsel to clients from almost every industry, focusing on minimizing post-event negative consequences, risk mitigation tactics, and litigation strategies. Additionally, Brian is a recognized authority on global security and cybersecurity threats, and has worked with over 100 clients to take advantage of SAFETY Act liability protections following terrorist or cyberattacks.
