02/14 - 08/15Program Manager - Contractor Management•The Contractor Management team facilitates the identification, selection, onboarding, ongoing maintenance and termination of 2000+ Deloitte contractors per year. •Manage a team consisting of 6 Program Specialists and 1 Preferred Vendor Program Manager. Support the firms’ contract labor needs across the Tax, FAS (Financial Advisory Services), Audit, Advisory, Talent Acquisition/Development, Enabling Areas, IT Services (on and offshore) and Federal (Indirect) practices. •Strategize with Deloitte Partners regarding their current and anticipated contractor needs.•Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel regarding adhering to all federal regulations for current contractors (W2 & Independent). Strategize to meet the firms’ future contractor needs while taking into consideration the direction of contract labor legislation.  •Leverage the Procurement team for all new vendor agreements, extensions and terminations. •Collaborate with Risk Management regarding the most effective way to utilize contractors without putting the firm at risk. •Team with IT Services and Access Services to maximize the efficiency of the contractor onboarding process.•Frequently called upon for subject matter expertise related to contract labor and vendor relations by the DOT (Deloitte Open Talent) team. The DOT team is tasked with preparing the firm for a significant shift of labor from FTE to contract labor over the course of the next 5 years. •Provide overall leadership and direction for a Contract Labor RFP. The resulting preferred vendor program, is expected to save the firm between $3-4 M annually, while also yielding a more engaged vendor population.  •Primary stakeholder in ongoing Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) demos with a goal of replacing our existing systems within one year.•Tasked with identifying and executing projects designed to create process efficiencies for the Contractor Management program.

SOURCING LEAD (03/09 – 1/14)•The Sourcing team is responsible for identifying, engaging, packaging and submitting passive channel candidates for FTE roles with Deloitte. 100% proactive sourcing•Lead a team of 21 passive channel Sourcers and Researchers, supporting Deloitte’s Technology, Innovation, National Office, Enabling Areas and Human Capital Service Areas.•Designed a new reporting system for the Sourcing organization, utilizing our CRM (<a href="http://Salesforce.com">Salesforce.com</a>).     •Conceptualized and lead several projects, including; Partnering with India, Competitive Intelligence Newsletter, Sourcing Innovation Council, Sourcing SharePoint site development and Messaging Refresh. Team member on the FY13 Sourcing Strategy project.Global Projects:•Designed a Sourcing Strategy for our Mexico Consulting practice, as part of a larger project to overhaul the entire Talent Acquisition process.
