Sarah Coady is a highly accomplished operations shift supervisor and mechanical engineer based in the United States. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Ball State University, Sarah is a talented individual who has excelled in various roles throughout her career.

Before taking up her current role at Exelon Nuclear, Sarah previously worked as a design engineer, IFUND intern, assistant swim coach, and mechanical engineering tour guide. These roles equipped her with hands-on experience in engineering, coaching, research, and leadership. Sarah also contributed to the aerospace field, working as an engineer in technical support and testing.

Sarah is recognized for her strong analytical skills, work ethic, and leadership abilities. In her present role, Sarah is responsible for managing plant operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to nuclear safety requirements. Besides this, she is highly interested in swimming, research, and coaching.
