Meet José Antonio Camiña Villamil, a versatile engineer with a strong background in web development. Based in Málaga, Spain, José has worked for various companies, honing his skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, VueJS, GraphQL, NodeJS, APIs, Jest, Styled Components, design systems, Webpack, npm, and more. He started his career as a full-stack developer, working with Java in the backend, then moved onto becoming a frontend specialist, mastering various front-end frameworks like Angular, React, Webpack, NodeJS, React Native, JEST, and React Testing Library, to name a few.

José has gained experience in the growth department of companies like Spotahome and also worked in a full-stack role at Future Space S.A., where he developed websites using platforms such as Joomla and WordPress. At Scalio, José has worked as a Senior Web Engineer, while at Lana, he was a Frontend Lead and Senior Frontend Engineer, both positions being remote.

José has a Técnico Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Web from CIFP La Laboral and an Ingeniero Técnico Industrial Esp. Electrónica Industrial from Universidad de Oviedo.
