Deeksha Agrawal is a young and talented professional currently pursuing her Master's degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, with a keen interest in HR consulting, management consulting, and marketing. She has had the opportunity to work for reputable firms like Barclays and Prudential as an intern, where she gained valuable experience as a member of the HR team, working on projects that sought to create a high-performing culture and facilitate continuous listening.

Deeksha's academic background, industry exposure, and continuous learning have equipped her with a creative and divergent skill-set that positions her as a value-adding asset for any organization. She has a BSc in Hons Economic & Industrial Organisation from the University of Warwick, and she has also completed an intensive Digital Marketing Course from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bengaluru (IIM-B).

Deeksha is also a compassionate individual who invests her time in volunteering for various charitable organizations. She is deeply involved with the Ruhi Institute and teaches children with special needs.

In her professional career, Deeksha has worked as an Associate - SAP at IBM, an Analyst in Transfer Pricing at BDO Canada, a Public Relations Coordinator at CloudAdvisors, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at YaaLk.com, and a Researcher in Marketing and Sales at Michael Page. Her passion for learning also led her to take a Spanish speaking course at don Quijote in Barcelona, where she honed her Spanish speaking skills.
